Payments must be made before your pet leaves. We DO NOT accept payments by cheque or card. All animals must have a up-to-date Inoculation Certificate which remains with us throughout the stay.

As we endeavour to make the animal feel as comfortable and relaxed as possible, owners are encouraged to bring some form of soft bedding which smells of home, but plastic beds are provided. Owners may provide their own animal food, but there is no reduction in the cost of the stay.

Whilst every care and attention is given to each boarded animal, we cannot be held responsible for loss from illness and other causes and animals are boarded with us as their own risk. A veterinary surgeon will be called, if necessary, and all costs incurred in this connection and the carrying out of his/her instruction, shall be at the owner's expense.

No pet suffering from or suspected to be suffering from any infectious or contagious disease can be accepted.

The boarding kennels reserve the right to dispose of any animal not collected within the 30 days of the expiry date of the agree boarding period, unless notified of any change within this period.

12 Noon to 12 Noon the following day is classed as per night.
Dog Fee per night is £18.00.
An animal brought in morning (before 12) will pay £9.00 extra.
An animal collected afternoon (after 1pm) will pay £9.00 extra.
Drop off afternoon and pick up morning incurs no extra cost.
Out of hours entry or removal will incur an extra charge of £5.00 (by arrangement)
